720° Architekten makes architecture that responds to specific structural situations and individual client needs. We do not measure ourselves against trends and fashions, but try to define an architecture for our time that makes spaces and structures rationally comprehensible and emotionally tangible.

As long-standing Minergie® specialist partners, we plan and realize buildings that can be constructed and operated with as little energy as possible. Our ultimate goal, however, is zero- and plus-energy buildings that generate their entire annual energy consumption (or more) on site.

720° Architekten is the planning partner for real estate development on all scales - from neighborhoods to sites to individual buildings. In doing so, we focus on the client's needs and consistently take into account factors such as return on investment, operating costs and life cycles. In this way, we develop the basis for project ideas for further development in urban design and architecture.

URBAN DESIGN

720° Architekten translates framework ideas from project development into urban and rural structures and integrates social factors. We thereby support and promote the optimal interaction of public and private user groups. By combining economic efficiency and feasibility with soft factors and introducing social as well as spatial design elements, we create the basis for contemporary, sustainable architecture.

We bring our design creativity to bear to harmonize sustainability, energy efficiency and architectural expression in our buildings, with the goal of realizing architecture that is rationally perceptible, emotionally tangible and economically sensible.

720° Architects does not want to create "paper architectures", because only from built architecture people derive a benefit. We consistently enforce our quality standards in execution - in the actual art of building as well as in meeting deadlines and budgets. That is why we coordinate and manage all parties involved in the execution in such a way that buildings are created that meet the customer's needs and also stand the test of time.
